Vous aimez aussi apprendre, collaborer et echanger des idees avec les autres pour produire des resultats extraordinaires.

Votre apport:Au moins 1+ ans d'experience en services de soutien administratif dans l'industrie de l'immobilier commercial ou toute autre industrie de services professionnels. Une maitrise de niveau intermediaire de la suite Office, y compris MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint. Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et ecrite en francais et en anglais D'excellentes capacites d'organisation et de priorisation des taches.

Autres competences ou experiences (un atout):Experience en immobilier commercial ou residentiel Interet et aptitudes pour la nouvelle technologie (systemes de gestion de la relation client, facturation etc.) Connaissance pratique d'Adobe InDesign et de Photoshop Connaissance de l'aspect de recherche (taxes, demographie, statistiques, zonage, etc.).

Ce a quoi ressemble le succes:Vous avez de fortes capacites en planification, en organisation et en priorisation des taches afin de mener a terme tout projet qui vous est confie. Vous modifiez avec succes des documents juridiques (lettres d'intention, offres, contrats de commission, contrats d'inscription). Vous avez confiance en vos competences de gestion et d'organisation d'agenda Outlook d'un conseiller (courriel et calendrier), dans la planification de rencontres avec les clients et leur priorisation Vous avez de l'experience dans la coordination de presentation pour des clients ou des prospects potentiels. Vous etes confiant dans votre capacite a maintenir une bonne relation avec les clients et vos collegues des differents departements (specialistes des donnees, de la recherche, du marketing et des operations de courtage).

What you bring:At least 1+ of experience in administrative support services in the commercial real estate industry or any other professional services industry. Intermediate proficiency in the Office suite including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English. Excellent organizational and task prioritization skills.

Bonus skills:Experience in commercial or residential real estate Interest and ability to use new technology (customer relationship management systems, billing, etc.) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) Experience conducting research (taxes, demographics, statistics, zoning, etc.).

What success looks like:You have strong capacities in planning, organization, and prioritization of tasks to complete any project entrusted to you. You successfully complete edits to legal documents (letters of intent, offers, commission agreements, listing agreements) You are confident in your skills to manage and organize the advisor's Outlook (email & calendar), monitoring emails, booking calls with clients, understanding priorities. You have experience in coordinating projects presented to clients or potential prospects. You are confident in your ability to maintain a good relationship with clients and colleagues in various departments (data, research, marketing, and brokerage operation specialists).
