BILINGUAL ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER

Assistant Service Manager
Vars, ON

$24 - $32 per hour, depending on experience

In this role you will join a leader in the construction equipment industry providing superior service to its clients.

You fluently communicate in both English and French.

Responsibilities
- Manage assets to provide superior customer service response to customers repair needs
- Schedule technicians to match workload while maximizing efficiency
- Coordinate incoming customer falls to allocate required resources
- Keep clients informed of their repair needs, preventative maintenance procedures and cost estimates
- Prepare and approve service quotes
- Work closely with the warranty coordinator to maximize the warranty recovery rate

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
- Bilingual (written and spoken)
- Experienced in a fast-paced service sector of the automobile, trucking, industrial or agricultural machinery industries
- Ability to work under pressure and with limited deadlines
- Organization and discipline in management and project follow-ups
