The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for an Assistant Service Manager for its Lakeland Ford dealership. We are looking for a person who is a leader, excels at team building as well as customer service, someone who enjoys and thrives on a challenge and someone who will enjoy working in a family environment. As the successful applicant you will:

• Previous automotive management experience considered an asset
• Have 5 years of Service Advisor experience
• Be a leader
• Have superior customer service skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be extremely organized
• Pay close attention to detail
• Have effective problem solving and mediation skills

In this exciting role, you will:

• Service Advisor duties as necessary
• Assist with achieving goals and objectives for the team based on forecasts
• Assist with action plans to increase business
• Ensure that the department meets all customer satisfaction and financial goals
• Deal with customer concerns
• Ensure Work orders are closed for month end processing
• Administrative duties
• Submit payroll to payroll department for processing
• Organize and facilitate training
• Ensure manufacturer training courses are completed by employees
• Ensure warranty claims are processed and forwarded to the manufacturer
• Ensure all OH&S regulations are being followed
