We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, in this role, you will support the retail team in the day-to-day operations, providing outstanding service to our tenants, customers and Guest Services team.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
TENANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Assist in establishing and maintaining world class tenant relations as part of the Oxford Commitment
Establish ongoing relationships to understand tenant needs, concerns and contribute to resolutions
Ensure prompt and courteous attention to tenant requests, from both store level and head office
In conjunction with Operational teams, conduct property inspections with the intention of identifying maintenance issues or safety concerns that could negatively impact the customer or tenant experience
Maintain the tenant manual and coordinate annual updates, as well as supporting the education and enforcement of policies and procedures
Maintain vacant suites to Oxford\xe2\x80\x99s standard and assist the leasing team as required
Prepare tenant memos as required
Lease interpretation and ensure adherence to requirements
Manage and forecast admin budget/non-recoverable expense, conduct monthly variances on operating accounts
Ensure tenant visitations are updated in the CRM module - OxConnect, with pertinent information

GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT
Oversee the Guest Experience team and the coordination and completion of customer service training for team members, as well as on-boarding new staff
Lead property execution of Oxford National Programs supporting internal employee engagement and shopper experience training, including research and focus group studies
Execute and oversee the operations of the new roaming Service Ambassador program including setting the annual budget, staffing in conjunction with the Guest Services Supervisor
Create annual Guest Experience objectives as part of the STC Marketing Plan
Work closely with Oxford\xe2\x80\x99s national Gift Card Manager on new gift card and Guest Experience initiatives; together with Guest Experience Supervisor
Support Marketing, Public Relations and tourism initiatives as needed, in partnership with the Marketing team
Work with the leadership team to provide insight on elevated shopper experience innovations to support the property vision and achieve department objectives
Ensure prompt and courteous attention to customer requests/concerns as required

To succeed in this role, you:
3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Property Management Required
Experience in a retail environment is an asset
Post-secondary degree with focus in business or real estate
Enrolment in RPA/CSM is an asset
Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required, basic knowledge of JDE preferred
Demonstrates analytical decision-making and customer service skills
Demonstrates excellent communication skills both written and oral
Demonstrates excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates the ability to be a team- player and displays leadership qualities
Strong interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with tenants
