En tant que collaborateur au soutien administratif, vous serez implique dans tous les aspects de la gestion d'un portefeuille de proprietes commerciales, des operations et des activites financiares a la gestion des relations importantes avec nos locataires, proprietaires et vendeurs. De la gestion des contrats et du suivi des offres, en passant par l'inspection des proprietes et la formulation de recommandations, vous aurez la possibilite de partager vos idees novatrices pour ameliorer continuellement la faaon dont nous gerons nos proprietes commerciales.

Ce que vous apportez:

Deux ans ou plus d'experience progressive dans la gestion de proprietes commerciales, y compris des portefeuilles de bureaux.

Associe ou baccalaureat en affaires, en comptabilite, en immobilier ou dans un domaine similaire.

Maatrise de Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) et Adobe Illustrator.

Bilinguisme exige en franaais et en anglais (parle et ecrit).

Competences et experiences qui constituent un atout :

Connaissance des logiciels immobiliers tels que Yardi, MRI, etc.

Capacite eprouvee a prendre rapidement differents logiciels.

Experience des contrats et des contrats de credit-bail preferes.

Portrait de la reussite :

Vous developpez et entretenez des relations solides avec les proprietaires, les locataires, les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs.

Vous repondez en temps opportun aux besoins des locataires pour satisfaire aux obligations de location.

Vous soutenez la haute direction en preparant des rapports de propriete, des budgets et daEUR(TM)autres rapports reguliers, tels quaEUR(TM)ils vous ont ete attribues.

Vous gerez avec succas toutes les taches administratives, y compris les bons de travail, les demandes de service, les paiements de loyers et de charges, la maintenance des biens et les exigences de conformite des fournisseurs.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a commercial portfolio, from operations and financial activities to managing important relationships with our tenants and property owners. From managing service contracts and tracking bid packages, to completing property inspections and making recommendations, youaEUR(TM)ll have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve how we manage our commercial properties.

What you bring:

Two or more years of progressive experience managing commercial properties, including office portfolios.

Associate or Bachelor degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) and Adobe Illustrator.

Must be fluently bilingual in French / English (spoken and written).

Bonus skills and experience

Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.

Proven ability to pick up different softwareaEUR(TM)s quickly.

Experience with contract and leasing agreements preferred.

What success looks like:

You develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.

You respond in a timely manner to tenantsaEUR(TM) needs to meet lease obligations.

You support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports, budgets and other reports as assigned.

You successfully manage all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.
