As our Assistant Office Administrator, you will be responsible for answering calls, providing top-notch customer service, and co-managing our technician\'s schedules. What can you expect as an Assistant Office Administrator? You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling quotes, requests, and questions with ease. You will also assist with sales activities and co-manage our technician scheduling software. On the financial/administrative side, you will assist with receivables and some minor bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
