Basketball 4All Academy is looking for a dynamic basketball-minded person, willing to learn and at the same time willing to help at practice sessions. This position of Assistant Coach will be expected to fulfill the requirements of the position throughout the Winter programs (15 weeks). Reporting to the Youth Program Coordinator, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as Head Coach during Spring Season as a part-time pay job position. Some of the responsibilities, but not limited to:

Able to work in a team environment as well as independently. Reliable, punctual, hard-working, and motivated volunteer, who likes to learn and improve his coaching knowledge. Basic knowledge and some experience in coaching the game of basketball. Observing and participating in all of the youth ages programs on various days. Must be able to arrive at specified times and work all hours that are assigned. Positive attitude towards youth and their parents, able to communicate effectively while building relationships. Demonstrate leadership qualities throughout the duration of the program. Work to improve youth's knowledge of basketball while teaching life skills & promoting healthy lifestyles. Maintain health and safety standards while keeping the facility organized and clean. Responsible for the safety of each player during practice sessions
