About this opportunity:
The Asset Integrity (AI) Data Technician is a key member of the Conventional AI Team. The AI Data Tech is accountable for providing accurate database and document management. The AI Data Tech does this by maintaining the database and existing documents, data entry, filing, compiling, and providing reports.
This role can be based out of Calgary, Grande Prairie, Eckville or Edson.

Responsibilities:
Safety
Ensure HSE issues are given primary consideration in all activities undertaken within area of responsibility
Deliver Triple Zero results through "Walking the Talk" \xe2\x80\x93 completing mandatory training, observing and reporting on HSE behaviors, and intervening where necessary
Understand and comply with all corporate safety standards, including Safe Operating Practices, and promote safety culture among peers and service providers
Actively participate in Area Safety meetings
Responsible for safety of self, and the safety of other coworkers
Technical
Manage pressure equipment data (PSV\xe2\x80\x99s Vessels and tanks) within the PCMS database
Create notifications in SAP as needed (equipment moves/status changes)
Support AI Specialists for document retention and filing, running exports from Pressure Equipment Database as needed, etc.
Support regulatory reporting activities
Compile and run various Inventory/Inspection Status Reports
Promote a disciplined culture as it relates to the accuracy and management of the pressure equipment data
Actively participate in Knowledge Sharing; leverage best practices and lessons learned, and capture Success Stories
Identify, prioritize, implement, and support continuous improvement opportunities
Participate as a member of project teams related to Technical Operations\xe2\x80\x99 and cross-functional initiatives, as required
Supports the development and maintenance on key performance metrics
Support the MOC process
Compile Monthly Pigging Compliance report
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
Strong commitment to safety
Strong communication skills
Works well in a team environment as well as independently
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience in use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.) and/or Pressure Equipment Management databases (PCMS, MaxiTrak, etc)
