Our Asset Integrity Engineers play a critical role in the safe, productive and (regulatory) compliant running of our Pulp operations. In this position you will bring your extensive experience to the forefront as you provide direct support in the execution and support of Risk Based Inspections (RBI); Quality Assurance & Control; Pressure Equipment Engineering; review and approval of equipment installations, repairs and alteration; and Management of Change Process. This role Act as Subject Matter Expert for the Management of Change involving fixed assets (Tanks, Pressure Equipment and various other piping systems).
When it comes to people, you will interface closely with Canfor Pulp Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations groups, where your demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence without authority will be paramount. You will gain exposure to all technical elements of Asset Integrity while sharing your expertise among these same teams. You will also be expected to share your expertise and provide guidance in the support and mentorship of those individuals who are in the earlier stages of their Engineering careers.
