Summary

This Business Analyst role is to provide support in the development, implementation and sustainment of systems, and business processes in relation to Asset Integrity initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the validation, implementation, and use of business processes related to the Asset Integrity business systems.
  • Coordination with other departments on integration points to Asset Integrity, including Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain, and IT.
  • Analysis, reconciliation, and updates of Master Data including equipment records, functional locations, task lists, BOMs, material masters, equipment documentation to ensure compliance with Enterprise Information Management Standards.
  • Support of Operations and Maintenance Groups for equipment and maintenance compliance including:
  • Coordination with Maintenance & Operation groups to manage Asset Status. Work with teams to ensure data is maintained and accurate.
  • Support team members to process and analyze root cause analysis notifications. Assist with identifying trends in reporting.
  • Assist with the coordination of ongoing reporting enhancements for equipment master and transactional data. Including documentation of requirements, reviewing with team members and gathering input, working with groups such as IT, Maintenance, and Operations to gather requirements and roll-out reporting enhancements and changes.
  • Provide support and coverage for team members for ongoing master and transactional data management such as notifications, work orders, equipment transfers, etc.
  • Coordinate ongoing PM system optimization to ensure that the system content is up to date and accurate for users, reporting and functionality.
  • Support work with business users to:
  • Review existing processes and procedures and identify area\'s requiring process improvement.
  • Assist with the development, validation, and application of business processes and system requirements.
  • Prepare and develop business documentation including business processes and functional requirements.
  • Ensure business requirements satisfy the business need.
  • Assist with system and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop training material and deliver training.
  • Ensure business requirements are being used effectively.
  • Review and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for asset integrity and preventive maintenance programs to ensure that the internal processes within the organization meet the needs of the business.

Education

4 Year undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration, Bachelor of Science, etc.)

Experience

3-4 years of experience as a Business/ Data Analyst.

Knowledge of SharePoint and SAP Plant Maintenance a plus.

Excellent research and data analysis skills.

Excellent MS Office Suite Software knowledge - especially Microsoft Excel for the following functionality:
  • V look-ups
  • Conditional (IF) function, conditional formatting, drop downs, groupings, etc.
  • Pivot Tables/ Pivot charts
  • Analysis for Office
Master Data Management experience.
