The Sarnia location is the headquarters for ARLANXEO Canada Inc. with a Global Research & Development Centre for Butyl Rubber located in London, Ontario. Focused on the production of synthetic rubber, the Sarnia facility is a major supplier to both domestic and international markets and employs over 300 employees.
ARLANXEO\xe2\x80\x99s TSR products are used primarily in the tire and automotive industries but are also found in a wide variety of industrial and consumer markets.

Manages asset reliability risks that adversely affect achievement of plant objectives. Improvement of Equipment availability and maintenance costs through Loss Elimination, Risk Management and Life Cycle Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, local legislation, statutory requirements, and regulations as well as corporate guidelines
• Measure and Analyze maintenance and reliability data to identify equipment and operational deficiencies and implement improvements
• Respond to and support plant maintenance requirements
• Create predictive and proactive maintenance plans for equipment
• Lead improvement teams; monitor and report the effectiveness of improvement initiatives
• Create procedures and training necessary
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Working in a multi-trade environment

Education
