Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team, responsible for operating Lee Boy 8500 and 8515 Asphalt Spreaders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge in paver operation and experience in parking Lot and Small scale Road Projects . This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Operate mid sized Asphalt Spreader to complete construction tasks. Perform some Labour including shoveling and Raking. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate project activities and timelines. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery on-site.

Skills

Strong equipment knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues. Experience in Asphalt Paving and finishing techniques. Proficient in heavy equipment operation, Commercial driving experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
