Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced

Paver / Asphalt Spreader Operator

to join our paving crew. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and takes pride in their work. You will be responsible for operating paving equipment to apply asphalt to roadways, parking lots, and other surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate paver and/or spreader machine to lay asphalt Ensure smooth, even application and proper depth of material Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance Work closely with foreman and crew to meet project specs and timelines Perform daily equipment checks and report issues Assist with other labour tasks on site as needed

Requirements:

2+ years of experience operating paving/spreader equipment Strong understanding of asphalt paving processes and procedures Ability to read and follow project layouts and instructions Comfortable working in a physically demanding outdoor environment Valid driver's license (DZ or AZ an asset) Ability to work well in a team and follow safety protocols
