This is a highly skilled position involving all aspects of asphalt maintenance. Including oil based asphalt sealcoating, hot pour crack sealing, line painting/striping, concrete grinding, asphalt/concrete saw cutting, & any other tasks that contribute to increasing the lifespan of asphalt paving.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Thorough understanding of all aspects of the asphalt maintenance industry including preparatory work, asphalt emulsion education, various crack sealing materials for specific applications, line painting setup & layout, & other details related to asphalt maintenance.

Must partner & be able to lead other crew members to perform per plan specifications & tasks of other positions to insure daily schedules/estimates are met.

The Supervisor is responsible for the efficient working condition of the equipment and is expected to perform minor servicing and maintenance or refer major problems to the supervisor.

Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers & the general public at all times .

Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers with other duties as required.

Experience:

Must have 1-3+ years of Supervisor experience

Must have 3+ years asphalt maintenance experience.
