Job Summary

Must have verifiable asphalt experience. We are looking for a working Foreman. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, including budgeting, quality control, and effective team management. This role requires proficiency in construction management.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to establish project goals . Monitor work quality and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Conduct regular inspections of work performed, providing feedback and guidance to team members. Manage material procurement and maintain accurate inventory levels for ongoing projects. Train new employees on safety protocols, equipment usage, and company policies. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential. Strong skills in budgeting and cost estimation are necessary for effective project management. Ability to read blueprints. Experience with quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team of workers. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
