We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales in their region, and must be a self-starter who can manage themselves and their team members effectively. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively meet sales quotas, make strategic decisions that positively impact the organization and work effectively with clients. The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Our business model includes doing affiliate marketing for sportsbooks in Vancouver. The way we achieve that end is by finding local bars, restaurants and other businesses that are willing to partner with us and allow us to work in their buildings to activate new customers. Those activations typically entail setting up a table with promotional items such as signed merchandise from local teams, or tickets to events and if patrons sign up for our sportsbook partner using our code, they can win those prizes. You will be responsible for finding those new partner establishments, forming and maintaining those relationships is a critical component of the position. Further you will need to work those events and find other people who can work them with/in place of yourself. Responsibilities
  • Support the learning and development of the sales team
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Qualifications
  • Experience managing sales teams
  • Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
