TON ROLE

Tu souhaites participer a des projets ambitieux et jouer un role cle dans le developpement de nos villes ?

NEUF cherche un architecte intermediaire pour joindre son equipe a Montreal.

En collaboration directe avec un architecte associe, tu seras implique activement dans la conception et la realisation de projets varies residentiels.

TON QUOTIDIEN

Participer a toutes les phases d'un projet, de la conception initiale a la realisation finale, en respectant les delais et le budget ; Coordonner avec le client le programme fonctionnel et technique et la definition des besoins ; Elaborer des plans en tenant compte des besoins du client, des normes de construction et des enjeux environnementaux ; Elaborer la conception des plans et devis ; Elaborer la production de details techniques de construction ; Maintenir une attitude professionnelle aupres des clients et mettre en oeuvre des pratiques exemplaires en fournissant ses recommandations, informations et conseils ; Coordonner et preparer la production des documents techniques, des devis, soumissions et des presentations ; Preparer hebdomadairement les taches et les livrables a transmettre a l'equipe de projet ; Assister le charge de projet chantier durant la phase de construction ; Assurer le suivi des travaux de construction en s'assurant du controle de la qualite et du respect de l'echeancier et du budget, selon les normes de NEUF architectes et du client ; Assurer une communication claire et efficace avec tous les intervenants du projet ;

TES COMPETENCES

Maitrise en architecture Membre de l'Ordre des architectes du Quebec 5 ans d'experiences pertinentes au sein d'une firme d'architecture Bonne connaissance du Code national du batiment Excellentes connaissances du logiciel Revit

YOUR ROLE

Do you want to take part in ambitious projects and play a key role in shaping the future of our cities?

NEUF is looking for an intermediate architect to join its team in Montreal.

In direct collaboration with a partner architect, you will be actively involved in the design and execution of various residential projects.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Contribute to all phases of a project, from initial design to final delivery, while adhering to deadlines and budget ; Collaborate with the client in developing the functional and technical program, as well as in defining project requirements ; Design plans that address client needs, building standards, and environmental considerations ; Develop the design of plans and specifications ; Produce technical construction details ; Maintain a professional attitude with clients and apply best practices by providing recommendations, information, and guidance ; Coordinate and prepare the production of technical documents, specifications, tenders, and presentations ; Plan weekly tasks and deliverables for the project team ; Support the site project manager during the construction phase ; Oversee construction work, ensuring quality control and compliance with the schedule and budget, in accordance with NEUF's standards and those of the client ;

YOUR SKILLS

Master's Degree in architecture Member of l'Ordre des architectes du Quebec 5 years of relevant experience in an architecture firm Strong understanding of the National Building Code Excellent knowledge of Revit software
