We're seeking a dedicated member of our Kelp Company's Administration to focus on production compliance, SOP creation, certification/licensing applications, procurement and high level project planning . The candidate should have prior administrative experience, though a willingness to learn will be favourable . The ideal candidate would also have had exposure to industrial scale operations for agriculture, marine, food production or aquaculture.
We are an aquaculture company, and as such, this position provides extensive on-the-job training, however prior experience in an active, fast-paced, diverse & outdoor environment, is preferred. The role will include occasional work within the warehouse, processing facility or laboratory, as needed. The position will also actively engage with local communities and community members. The ideal candidate will be comfortable brainstorming & problem solving, and working directly with the Founder.
This is an impactful and meaningful position, developing a regenerative agri-foods industry and providing sustainable economic opportunities for local Indigenous communities.
