Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Front Desk Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to member and prospect inquiries by phone and email.
Manage incoming calls, voicemails, and in-person inquiries.
Provide clear, timely updates to members regarding registrations, deadlines, closures, and upcoming programs.
Administrative Support
Work closely with the Administrative Manager.
Manage registrations and maintain accurate member records using our online system.
Assist with scheduling, internal communications, and file management.
Digital Content & Marketing Support
Update and maintain the organization's website and online platforms (WordPress knowledge is a strong asset).
Support creation and editing of marketing materials, newsletters, and social media content.
Ensure online content is accurate, on-brand, and free of duplication.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
3 years of administrative and front desk experience
in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and correct errors.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Proven ability to learn and navigate new software systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email systems, and cloud-based tools.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
Familiarity with WordPress or similar website editing tools is an asset.
Experience supporting digital marketing or social media is a bonus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
