Duties

Decorate cakes and other baked goods with creativity and attention to detail. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in cooking and baking processes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle food products safely, following proper food handling procedures. Package finished products for sale while ensuring quality control. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred. Strong skills in cake decorating and baking techniques are highly desirable. Knowledge of food preparation methods and cooking techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Familiarity with food safety guidelines and best practices for handling food. Prior kitchen experience is an advantage, demonstrating an understanding of kitchen operations. Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
