• Triage et r\xc3\xa9solution des probl\xc3\xa8mes d\'applications logicielles, y compris le d\xc3\xa9bogage de logiciels, l\'analyse des anomalies de performances et de donn\xc3\xa9es et la coordination des correctifs
• Utilisation des outils de surveillance et d\'analyse disponibles pour d\xc3\xa9terminer l\'\xc3\xa9tat de l\'application et de son environnement, identifier et enqu\xc3\xaater sur les \xc3\xa9carts par rapport au fonctionnement normal
• Travailler avec les \xc3\xa9quipes de d\xc3\xa9veloppement et d\'infrastructure, ainsi qu\'avec les fournisseurs externes, pour d\xc3\xa9terminer la cause profonde des probl\xc3\xa8mes
• Aider \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes li\xc3\xa9s aux produits par le biais de l\'\xc3\xa9ducation des clients
• D\xc3\xa9veloppement de processus automatis\xc3\xa9s pour remplacer les t\xc3\xa2ches manuelles et r\xc3\xa9duire les risques associ\xc3\xa9s
• R\xc3\xa9alisation et accompagnement de projets informatiques
• Terminer la configuration du syst\xc3\xa8me

You\'ll be working within an Agile environment, providing technical incident and problem resolution for application issues and working closely with the DevOps and development groups to improve and enhance business outcomes. To be successful in this role, you\'ll need strong technical skills, curiosity, a passion for delivering quality solutions and the drive to continually improve the quality and speed with which we deliver value to the business.Key responsibilities include:

• Triaging and resolving software application issues, including software debugging, analysing performance and data anomalies and coordinating fixes
• Utilizing available monitoring and analysis tools to determine the health of the application and its environment, identifying and investigating deviations from normal operations
• Working with development and infrastructure teams, as well as external vendors to determine the root cause of issues
• Assisting in resolution of product issues through client and customer education
• Development of automated processes to replace manual tasks and reduce associated risk

• Collaborating with individuals and teams to promote knowledge sharing
• Making use of metrics and telemetry to support communications to Development teams and stakeholders

What will you bring to the role?You are a skilled collaborator and communicator and can build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the business. You are a self-starter; using your own initiative to implement innovative solutions.You\'ll also bring:

• 5+ years\' experience in a relevant IT related role
• Proven ability to troubleshoot scripts and applications in different languages such as Java, Python, SQL etc.
• Proven ability to provide workaround resolutions, root cause analysis and major incident management
• Understanding of data models and database structures using SQL
• Scripting skillsets (e.g. Python, PowerShell, JSON, Ansible)
• Experience with tooling from the DevOps Periodic Table
• 2+ years of ITIL experience or are qualified in ITIL to a foundation level
• Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard business hours to support migration projects and scheduled releases

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of SQL queries or container environments
• Infrastructure experience (e.g. AD, DNS, Oracle/SQL, Windows Server Operating Systems, IIS, Load Balancing, Networking, High Availability / Data Recovery, Security (WAF, SSL, NIDS))
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift container environments and Kubenetes
• Understanding of the Agile SDLC and project methodologies
• Experience in the financial services industry
