Duties and Responsibilities:
-Prepare and fill out payments to third parties;
-Ensure confidentiality of financial records;
-Balance daily A/P batches;
-Compiling back-up for Auditors or Firm Members;
-Investigate payment issues while following policies and procedures; and
-Process check requests and expense reports;
-Additional duties as requested.
Requirements::
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration;
-5 years of experience in an A/P role;
-Strong knowledge of payment regulations and fair credit practices;
-Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); and
-Attention to detail and high communication skills; and
