We are looking for Concierge (Front of House) Team members for our new, independently owned animal hospital in Yorkville!

These individuals will:

Take pride in providing our clients and their pets with the highest standard of service; acting with consideration towards individual needs Enjoy building client relationships that allow them to be anticipatory to the client and patient needs Truly enjoy connecting with others Have a clear and thoughtful communication style Are confident supporting the care team in meeting appointment times and expectations, or relaying information as needed Understand the importance of meeting clients and pets where they are, without judgment and with empathy Have strong time management and calendaring skills Are adaptable and able to learn new systems and software quickly Enjoy being responsible and creative problem solvers Have a true love for animals and are committed in tandem with our team to provide the highest level of care to our clients and their pets

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
