As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for a welcoming, inclusive, and professional environment. We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, wellness-focused setting.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and checking in clients with warmth and professionalism Managing bookings, phone calls, emails, and appointment confirmations Coordinating schedules for practitioners and ensuring smooth daily operations Processing payments and managing POS system Promoting retail products and spa services Supporting client inquiries and ensuring top-tier customer service Keeping the front area tidy, stocked, and organized

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a spa, clinic, or hospitality environment preferred Friendly, professional, and polished in both demeanor and communication Excellent multitasking and time management skills Tech-savvy with booking software and payment systems Passion for beauty, wellness, and a team-based culture Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
