Analyst, Supply Chain Co-op

Position Overview:
As a part of the Inbound Scheduling and Planning Team, the Loblaw co-op student will be leveraging advanced process optimization techniques, to identify opportunities, develop solutions and integrate them into our core business processes. Our co-op program touches all aspects of replenishment including forecasting, inventory optimization, operations management, and reporting and analytics.

Accountabilities:
Provide reporting solutions to support business performance
Provide analytical insight from large volumes of data to drive efficiency within the supply chain team
Support the decision-making process through the optimal mix of descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics
Create documentation to support supply chain reports (SOPs, job aids, flow charts, etc.)
Act as a point of contact for reporting questions and issues
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in relatable discipline
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have strong computer skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Access.
Experience with SAS and SQL is an asset
Proven experience working with large data sets, creating robust reportsConfident Communication Skills
