Job Description

CityPlace Condominium Property Management is seeking a candidate to fill the role of an amenity coordinator. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong communication and time management skills to join our team.

Location: CityPlace, Toronto, Ontario (Fort York & Bathurst)

Great student position - but will need to be available for 2-3 shifts per week.

General duties and responsibilities:



Assist residents with booking requests, inquiries about the amenities, and proactively address concerns. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner. Manage reservations and class registrations through the reservation portal. Perform thorough pre-inspections and post-inspections for certain amenities. Conduct the daily pool and spa maintenance tests. Staff will be trained on how to conduct basic balancing during test hours. Conduct regular rounds of the amenities, perform light clean up, and report on matters that may require follow-up from the site supervisor. Oversee the proper use of the amenity facilities and ensure its compliance with the company's procedures, condominium policies and Ontario by-law regulations. Liaison between building management, residents, contractors and other staff where necessary. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Position requirements:



Excellent punctuality and time management. Customer service oriented - knowing how to communicate with different audiences efficiently. Computer literate and knowledge of general office software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and calendar applications is a must. General troubleshooting knowledge of electronic media devices. Fluent English. Additional languages are always considered a valuable asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour
