• D\xc3\xa9finir des exigences en mati\xc3\xa8re d\'int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 structurelle pour les divers composants de syst\xc3\xa8mes tels que les trains d\xe2\x80\x99atterrissage, les roues & syst\xc3\xa8mes de freinage, les commandes de vol FBW, les volets hypersustentateurs, les composantes hydrauliques, syst\xc3\xa8mes de puissance d\xe2\x80\x99urgence, syst\xc3\xa8mes de carburant et d\xe2\x80\x99inertage, syst\xc3\xa8mes pneumatiques, syst\xc3\xa8mes moteur et de protection d\xe2\x80\x99incendie.
• D\xc3\xa9velopper des m\xc3\xa9thodologies d\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 structurelle des dits syst\xc3\xa8mes.
• Collaborer avec les fournisseurs, assurer le respect de la m\xc3\xa9thodologie et des exigences techniques du programme.
• Calculer et analyser des charges.
• Calculer et revoir des analyses statiques et de fatigue li\xc3\xa9es aux syst\xc3\xa8mes.
• R\xc3\xa9viser des documents des fournisseurs.
• Pr\xc3\xa9parer des rapports de certification.

En tant que candidat id\xc3\xa9al,

• Vous \xc3\xaates titulaire d\'un Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en g\xc3\xa9nie M\xc3\xa9canique ou A\xc3\xa9ronautique. Une Ma\xc3\xaetrise en g\xc3\xa9nie M\xc3\xa9canique ou A\xc3\xa9ronautique serait un atout.
• Vous \xc3\xaates familier avec les m\xc3\xa9thodes de calcul de contraintes.
• Une connaissance des exigences de qualification structurelles pour les syst\xc3\xa8mes d\xe2\x80\x99avions serait un atout. En particulier : les trains d\xe2\x80\x99atterrissages, les commandes de vol \xc3\xa9lectriques de type \xc2\xabFBW\xc2\xbb, commandes de vol hydrauliques, commandes de stabilisateur horizontal, les commandes de volet hypersustentateurs, composants hydrauliques et \xc3\xa9lectro-m\xc3\xa9caniques, conduites, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
• La connaissance de logiciels tels que CATIA, PATRAN serait un atout.
• Une exp\xc3\xa9rience ant\xc3\xa9rieure de travail/stage sur un programme de d\xc3\xa9veloppement ou de support en service d\'un avion, y compris de certification, serait un atout.
• Vous avez un sens aigu des responsabilit\xc3\xa9s, avez de l\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 et \xc3\xaates un joueur d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe.
• De bonnes habilet\xc3\xa9s en communication et en informatique sont essentielles.
• Vous pouvez communiquer dans un milieu professionnel en Fran\xc3\xa7ais et Anglais.

• Define structural integrity requirements for various system components such as landing gears, rolling stocks, FBW flight controls, high lift systems, hydraulic equipment, emergency power systems, pneumatic systems, fuel and fuel inerting systems, engine and fire control systems and ducting.
• Develop methodologies for structural integrity of those systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that program and technical requirements as well as methodologies are being complied with.
• Assess and review load calculations.
• Assess and review static stress and fatigue analyses related to aircraft systems.
• Review suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 reports.
• Prepare certification reports.

As our ideal candidate,

• You hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. A Master\'s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is an asset.
• You are familiar with stress analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of structural integrity qualification requirements of systems is an asset. Specifically landing gears, FBW systems, hydro-mechanical flight control system, HSTA, high lift systems, hydraulic equipment, pneumatic systems, ducting, etc \xe2\x80\xa6
• Being familiar with CATIA, PATRAN is an asset.
• Previous work/internship experience on an aircraft development or in-service program including certification is an asset.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, you are self-motivated and a team player.
• Good verbal/written communication skills and computer skills are essential.
• You are able to communicate in a French and English work environment.
