Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appele a :

Definir budget et echeancier ;

Batir les appels daEUR(TM)offres necessaires a laEUR(TM)emploi de professionnel (ingenieurs, architecte ou autres) necessaire aux projets ;

Batir les appels daEUR(TM)offres necessaires a laEUR(TM)emploi des entrepreneurs necessaire aux projets ;

Analyser les soumissions ;

Participer a laEUR(TM)adjudication des contrats ;

Effectuer le suivi des projets et effectuer les ajustements requis afin de rencontrer les differents jalons ;

Livrer les projets en temps, budget et qualite desires ;

Rencontrer differents clients internes (departement de la maintenance, methode, logistique, transport et autres) afin de comprendre et identifier leurs besoins ;

En tant que candidat ideal,

Vous possedez un diplame universitaire en Genie Mecanique, a?lectrique, Genie et Gestion de la construction ou tout autre domaine connexe ;

Vous ates ingenieur et vous avez 3 a 7 ans daEUR(TM)experience pertinente en gestion de projets ;

Vous avez daEUR(TM)excellentes competences daEUR(TM)organisation et de planification ;

Vous possedez un bon sens de l'analyse et une bonne capacite d'influence ;

Vous avez une maatrise du Franaais et de laEUR(TM)Anglais tant a laEUR(TM)ecrit quaEUR(TM)au parle ;

Vous avez une tres bonne habilete de communication ;

Vous possedez un bon jugement et vous travaillez bien dans une equipe multidisciplinaire ;

Vous avez une bonne capacite d'adaptation pour faire face a un environnement en constante evolution ;

In your duties, you will be called upon :

Define budget and schedule;

Build the necessary calls for tenders for the employment of professionals (engineers, architects or others) necessary for the projects;

Build the necessary calls for tenders for the employment of contractors necessary for the projects;

Analyze the bids;

Participate in the awarding of contracts;

Follow up on projects and make adjustments to meet the various milestones;

Deliver projects on time, within budget and of the desired quality;

Meet with various internal clients (maintenance department, methods, logistics, transportation and others) to understand and identify their needs;

As the ideal candidate :

You have a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management or any other related field;

You are an engineer with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in project management;

You have excellent organizational and planning skills;

You have good analytical and influencing skills;

You have a good command of French and English, both written and spoken;

You have very good communication skills;

You have good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team;

You have a good capacity of adaptation to face a constantly evolving environment;
