Dans votre r\xc3\xb4le, vous devrez :

Soutenir les op\xc3\xa9rations de production, de finitions et de livraison en soir\xc3\xa9e dans nos zones de fabrication et d\'assemblage (ex: suivi des rapports de non-conformit\xc3\xa9 (RNC), indicateurs cl\xc3\xa9s de performance (KPI), etc.)

Concevoir, analyser et \xc3\xa9liminer les r\xc3\xa9parations pour les non-conformit\xc3\xa9s structurelles en temps opportun afin de restaurer l\'int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 de la conception dans les sous-ensembles, la ligne finale et les zones de pr\xc3\xa9-vol de l\'avion A220

Concevoir rapidement des r\xc3\xa9parations sur la base d\'une r\xc3\xa9sistance/rigidit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa9quivalente de la structure environnante dans un environnement pilot\xc3\xa9 par un calendrier de production

Interpr\xc3\xa9ter les dessins techniques, les sp\xc3\xa9cifications et fournir des conseils aux employ\xc3\xa9s des m\xc3\xa9thodes et de la production

Adh\xc3\xa9rer aux proc\xc3\xa9dures du comit\xc3\xa9 d\'examen du mat\xc3\xa9riel (MRB) et d\'assurance qualit\xc3\xa9 (AQ) de l\'A220

Diriger des audits internes selon les normes ISO ISO, Transport Canada, NADCAP et six sigma

Maintenir une connaissance actuelle et \xc3\xa0 jour des d\xc3\xa9veloppements dans les structures d\'avions afin de recommander des innovations pour am\xc3\xa9liorer la qualit\xc3\xa9, l\'\xc3\xa9conomie et l\'efficacit\xc3\xa9 des produits de l\'entreprise

Participer \xc3\xa0 des projets qui visent \xc3\xa0 augmenter la productivit\xc3\xa9, r\xc3\xa9duire les d\xc3\xa9chets et am\xc3\xa9liorer la performance financi\xc3\xa8re

Travailler en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec d\'autres disciplines d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie telles que les syst\xc3\xa8mes, les contraintes, les mat\xc3\xa9riaux et les processus, la propulsion et les groupes de soutien tels que la logistique, les m\xc3\xa9thodes et la qualit\xc3\xa9 afin d\'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux de l\'entreprise

En tant que candidat id\xc3\xa9al,

Vous avez un dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire ou coll\xc3\xa9gial en g\xc3\xa9nie a\xc3\xa9rospatial ou m\xc3\xa9canique ou dans un domaine connexe

Vous avez 3 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le Material Review Board (MRB) ou la conception de cellules en a\xc3\xa9rospatiale, un atout important

Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des structures d\'a\xc3\xa9ronefs et des exigences techniques d\'installation de syst\xc3\xa8mes

Vous \xc3\xaates une personne engag\xc3\xa9e et vous savez travailler en autonomie dans un environnement de pression

Vous avez une exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail pratique en utilisant V5

Vous \xc3\xaates bilingue (fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais)

In your role, you will:

Support evening production, completions and delivery operations in our manufacturing and assembly areas (ex: follow up on non-conformity reports (NCRs), key performance indicators (KPIs), etc)

Design, analyze and disposition repairs for structural non-conformances in a timely manner to restore design integrity in sub-assembly, final line and preflight areas of the A220 Aircraft

Rapidly design repairs based on equivalent strength / stiffness of surrounding structure while in a production schedule-driven environment

Interpret engineering drawings, specifications & provide guidance to Methods and Production employees

Adhere to the A220 Materiel Review Board (MRB) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures

Lead internal audits according to the ISO standards ISO, Transport Canada, NADCAP and six sigma

Maintain a current and up-to-date knowledge of developments in aircraft structures in order to recommend innovations to improve the quality, economy, and effectiveness of company products

Participate in projects that aim to increase productivity, reduce waste and improve financial performance

Work in close cooperation with other Engineering disciplines such as Systems, Stress, Materials & Processes, Propulsion, and Support Groups such as Logistics, Methods & Quality in order to achieve the company's business objectives

Might require to support outside standard business hours.

As our ideal candidate,

You have a University or a College degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering or in a related field

You have 3 years of Material Review Board (MRB) or airframe design experience in aerospace, an important asset

You have an in-depth knowledge of aircraft structures & system installation technical requirements

You have a high sense of commitment, and a willingness to accept responsibilities while acting independently in a high-pressure and in a ramp-up production environment

You have a practical working experience using V5

You are bilingual (French and English).
