LaEUR(TM)emploi se deroule a Mirabel avec le groupe des contrales de laEUR(TM)avion. Vous apporterez votre contribution aux projets du groupe des contrales de laEUR(TM)avion, au developpement des methodes et outils et apporterez votre connaissance a la resolution des enjeux scientifiques, techniques et industriels. Vous conseillerez les gestionnaires du domaine et les equipes du programme et partagerez vos connaissances avec laEUR(TM)equipe responsable du contrale de laEUR(TM)avion.

Dans votre rale, vous aurez a:

Maintenir et developper les competences et contribuer a laEUR(TM)ecriture des politiques du domaine

Agir comme un consultant technique pour les nouveaux projets et processus

Participer et contribuer aux evaluations de maturite technologiques

Mener ou participer a des projets de cooperation externes

Transmettre laEUR(TM)expertise technique aux membres du domaine

Contribuer au training et effectuer du mentorat

Participer a des groupes de travail technique

Proposer et evaluer des brevets

Representer le domaine des contrales de laEUR(TM)avion dans des revues avec le programme et assurer la presentation juste de laEUR(TM)avancement technique

Qualifications

En tant que candidat ideal,

Vous possedez un Baccalaureat en genie mecanique, genie electrique ou genie aerospatial (ou laEUR(TM)equivalent)

Vous possedez une connaissance niveau-expert de la conception de laEUR(TM)architecture des commandes de vol et des logiques de selection et monitoring des donnees critiques (air data, inertial data, etc)

Vous ates senior et avez pres de 20 ans daEUR(TM)experience dans laEUR(TM)industrie aeronautique.

Vous possedez laEUR(TM)experience daEUR(TM)un cycle de developpement complet du design preliminaire a laEUR(TM)entree en service

Vous possedez une connaissance niveau-expert de la specification, design, integration, test et certification des systemes de contrale de vol et/ou de ses composantes.

Vous possedez une connaissance des processus de securite

Vous avez de laEUR(TM)experience dans la phase de soutien en service du produit (processus de gestion de la securite)

Vous possedez une connaissance des reseaux neuronaux (un atout)

Vous avez demontre une expertise technique et du leadership dans laEUR(TM)industrie aeronautique

Vous avez une connaissance des standards RTCA DO-160, DO-178/331 et DO-254;

Vous possedez une connaissance niveau-expert des requis de certification dans votre domaine daEUR(TM)expertise.

Vous avez de laEUR(TM)experience avec le systeme de contrale de vol du A220 (un atout)

Vous avez de bonnes competences daEUR(TM)organisation et de planification.

Vous avez une connaissance en simulation, avec le logiciel Matlab (un atout)

Vous possedez d'excellentes habiletes de communication (ecrite et orale) en franaais et en anglais

Vous avez la capacite a travailler dans un environnement d'equipe, mais aussi de maniere individuelle et vous ates capable de produire des resultats de qualite sous la pression

Le poste requiert la capacite daEUR(TM)obtenir laEUR(TM)autorisation daEUR(TM)acces aux documents sujets aux contrale des exportations (Export Control Clearance)

Vous aurez a completer une evaluation de vos competences au Centre de Developpement Airbus

The job will be at our Mirabel site. You will be part of the Aircraft Control department. You will contribute to aircraft control projects, to the development of methods, tools and products by providing excellence in scientific, technical or industrial areas. You will be an advisor to aircraft control domain management, contribute to and verify the works done in aircraft control domain by the divisionaEUR(TM)s different departments and programme teams and disseminate knowledge in aircraft control domain.

In this role, you responsibilities will be to:

Maintain and expand core competences and contribute to drawing of department policies

Act as consultant for new projects and processes

Participate in and contribute to technology maturity assessments

Lead or participate in external cooperation projects

Transmit own specific expertise, contribute to/execute internal training

Participate in dedicated technical task forces

Propose and assess patents

Represent aircraft control technical domain in programme reviews to ensure up to date technical status and actions

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

You hold a University degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent in a recognized University.

You are senior and have with 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry.

You have experience in at least one complete development cycle from preliminary design to entry into service

You have experience in the sustaining phase (continuing airworthiness, safety management)

You have expert-level knowledge of the specification, design, integration, test and certification of flight control systems and its components.

You have expert-level knowledge of flight control systems architecture design and critical interfacing system data selection and monitoring (air data, inertial data, etc)

You have knowledge of the safety processes

You have experience in neural networks (considered as an asset)

You have demonstrated technical expertise and leadership in the aerospace industry.

You have knowledge of RTCA documents DO-160, DO-178/331, DO-254.

You have expert-level knowledge of the regulatory requirements in your area of expertise.

You have simulation knowledge with Matlab software (considered as an asset)

You have experience with the A220 flight control system (considered as an asset).

You have strong communication skills in French and English (written and spoken).

You have strong organizational & planning skills.

You are a team player, but you are also able to work individually.

The position requires the ability to obtain a clearance for export controlled documents,

You may have to complete a competency assessment at Airbus Development Center facility.
