Descriptions de poste



Sous la responsabilite de la Vice-Presidente Service Client, le titulaire du poste a comme principale responsabilite d'assurer la satisfaction des clients, d'interagir et d'etablir des relations de confiance avec la clientele en repondant aux besoins de cette derniere efficacement et avec enthousiasme.

Conditions de travail :



Horaire : Lundi au Vendredi, 40 heures par semaine, en Presentiel au comptoir client

Statut : Permanent

Principales taches et responsabilites :



Repondre aux appels entrants (50 %) et aux courriels entrants (50 %) des clients du Quebec, autres provinces canadiennes, Etats-Unis. Coordonner les demandes des clients et en assurer le suivi; Rediriger les appels si necessaire afin de repondre rapidement aux questions des clients; Prendre les commandes et verifier les produits, les prix, les quantites et assurer les conditions de transport et de livraison ; Envoyer des confirmations de commandes aux clients ; Faire le suivi des commandes et, au besoin, faire des ajustements; Travailler avec ERP (Microsoft D365) et CRM (Salesforce) et plateforme de commerce electronique; Enregistrer les prix de vente ; Gerer les reclamations et preparer les notes de credit; Travailler en collaboration avec les equipes des ventes, des achats et de l'expedition

Exigences :



DEC en administration ou DEP en vente (un atout) Forte experience en service clients; Bilinguisme francais/anglais est essentiel; Excellentes aptitudes a la communication (verbale et ecrite); Maitrise de la suite Office (Word, Excel) ; Connaissance de la plateforme CRM Salesforce (atout).

Adfast is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent!





Under the supervision of the Vice-President of Customer Service, the main responsibilities of this position are to ensure customer satisfaction, interact and build trusting relationships with customers by meeting their needs efficiently and enthusiastically.

Working Conditions:



Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, Day shift, In-person at the customer counter

Status : Permanent

Main tasks and responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls (50%) and incoming e-mails (50%) from customers in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and the United States.

Coordinate and follow up on customer requests

Redirect calls if necessary to quickly answer customer questions

Take orders and verify products, prices, quantities and ensure shipping and delivery conditions

Send order confirmations to customers

Follow up orders and make adjustments if necessary

Work with ERP (Microsoft D365) and CRM (Salesforce) and e-commerce platforms

Record sales prices

Manage claims and prepare credit notes

Work in collaboration with sales, purchasing and shipping teams.

Job Requirements:



DEC in administration or DEP in sales (an asset)

Strong experience in customer service

Bilingualism French/English essential

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel)

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform (an asset)
