Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e)

representant(e) au service a la clientele

pour assurer la gestion quotidienne des operations commerciales a partir du bureau. Il s'agit d'un

poste sans deplacement

, ideal pour une personne organisee, proactive et orientee vers le client.

Responsabilites principales



Prospection de nouveaux clients

: Identifier et contacter de nouveaux clients potentiels par telephone, courriel ou via les reseaux sociaux.

Gestion des relations clients

: Maintenir et developper des relations solides avec la clientele existante, en assurant un service rapide, courtois et efficace.

Preparation des soumissions et confirmations de commande

.

Suivi des commandes

: Gerer l'ensemble du cycle de commande, de la reception a la livraison, et assurer le suivi de la satisfaction client.

Coordination interne

: Servir de lien principal entre les clients et les equipes internes (ventes, production, logistique, etc.).

Profil recherche



Minimum 1 an d'experience

en service a la clientele ou en vente. Excellentes competences en

communication orale et ecrite

, en francais et en anglais. Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et capacite a gerer plusieurs dossiers en parallele. Maitrise des outils informatiques, notamment les logiciels CRM et la suite Microsoft Office. Esprit d'equipe, autonomie et orientation vers les resultats et la satisfaction client.

Atouts techniques



Connaissance d'un ou plusieurs

logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM)

. Maitrise de la

suite Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Position Overview



We're looking for a

Customer Service Representative

to manage day-to-day sales operations from our office. This is a

non-travel role

, ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities



Client Outreach

: Identify and contact potential customers via phone, email, and social media.

Customer Relationship Management

: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service.

Quoting & Order Processing

: Prepare quotes and confirm orders for customers.

Order Follow-Up

: Oversee the full order lifecycle--from receipt to delivery--and ensure customer satisfaction.

Liaison Role

: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience



Minimum 1 year

of experience in customer service or sales. Fully

bilingual

(French and English, written and spoken). Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines. Proficient with

CRM tools

and

Microsoft Office Suite

. Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.

Technical Skills



Experience with one or more

CRM platforms

(an asset). Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
