Vos responsabilites
Rattache(e) directement au
Responsable Service a la Clientele
, vous interviendrez sur la zone
Canada / USA
et veillerez au bon deroulement des reservations et des vols.
Vos missions incluront notamment :
Gestion des appels et courriels clients
(en francais et en anglais)
Suivi des messageries instantanees
(prevente, vente, apres-vente)
Planification des vols clients
Suivi de la qualite des prestations
Reporting
sur les indicateurs cles : temps de reponse, appels manques, avis Google, satisfaction client, etc.
Profil recherche
Minimum
2 ans d'experience
dans un poste similaire (idealement B2C ou startup)
Excellentes competences en
communication et organisation
Capacite a faire preuve de
sang-froid, analyse, bon jugement, empathie et proactivite
Maitrise de
Google Workspace
et/ou
Meta Business Manager
Excellent niveau d'anglais

Customer Service Agent
.
You will join a dynamic company with many innovative projects ahead -- all driven by one mission: bringing smiles to our customers through extraordinary and educational flight experiences.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will handle operations for the Canada/USA region and ensure smooth reservation and flight operations for our clients.
With strong organizational and operational skills, you will manage customer service calls and emails in both French and English. You will handle pre-sale, sale, and post-sale interactions as well as operational matters (reservations, troubleshooting, etc.) to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
You must demonstrate composure, analytical thinking, good judgment, empathy, and proactivity to maintain daily operations while ensuring the best possible client experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in B2C and/or a startup environment.
Bilingual in English and French (excellent English level required).
Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented, with a strong team spirit.
Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with some of the following tools: Google Workspace / Meta Business Manager.
More than your experience, your attitude, resourcefulness, motivation, passion for customer service, and commitment to client satisfaction will make you stand out.
Your main missions (subject to evolution based on projects):
B2C pre-sale / sale / post-sale operations: manage incoming calls, emails, and instant messages.
Flight operations: manage customer scheduling.
Monitor service quality.
Report to management on key performance indicators (average response time, missed call rate, positive/negative Google reviews, etc.).
