  • Traitez les demandes des clients en envoyant des t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9copies, en renvoyant des messages t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phoniques, en envoyant des documents postaux ou en utilisant d\xe2\x80\x99autres communications connexes.
  • Traitez les appels de mani\xc3\xa8re \xc3\xa0 garantir que les accords de niveau de service (SLA) sont respect\xc3\xa9s ou d\xc3\xa9pass\xc3\xa9s.   • Examiner les rapports des clients sur une base hebdomadaire pour assurer l\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 des donn\xc3\xa9es; pr\xc3\xa9parer et soumettre le rapport \xc3\xa0 la direction.
  • Examiner et recommander des modifications aux proc\xc3\xa9dures et au flux de travail au besoin pour assurer un traitement efficient et efficace des transactions.

Help desk telephones and various methods of inquiries (Email, SST, Web, Chat, etc..) ensure customer needs are met.What you will do:
  • Answer telephones and responds to basic customer questions and/or forwards call to appropriate personnel.
  • Record call on account history record with results of the inquiry; initiates required confirmation without direct supervision. Researches customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Process customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication.
  • Process calls in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Records calls, processes requests and updates account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation.
  • Process and distributes incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients in accordance with established service level agreements.
  • Perform data entry and matches documents to appropriate accounts to ensure up to date and accurate information.
  • Interface with team members, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues.
  • Review client reports on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity; prepares and submits report to management.
  • Review and recommend modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
Who you are:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 2 or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
  • Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
