Duties

Provide individualized support to children, helping them with daily activities and learning tasks. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment. Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents and educators on their development. Maintain a clean and safe environment for children at all times. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications

Experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is essential. Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred. Strong tutoring or teaching skills with the ability to engage children effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children succeed. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
