JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a skilled Aesthetician/Receptionist who can balance clinical and front-desk responsibilities. This will be a contracted position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality skincare treatments, retail product recommendations, and consultations while also supporting clinic operations through patient coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Candidate must be available on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, Fridays and Saturdays.
This dual-role position is perfect for someone who is professional, organized, and enjoys building strong client relationships.
AESTHETICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform skin rejuvenation treatments and provide medical-grade skincare recommendations.
Conduct cosmetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
Educate clients on pre- and post-procedure care.
Maintain accurate treatment documentation and follow clinical protocols.
Clean and prepare treatment rooms and equipment.
Promote retail products and meet monthly sales targets.
Deliver exceptional follow-up care and client retention strategies.
Cross-refer patients to other clinic services, including injectables.
RECEPTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and check in patients, creating a professional and friendly environment.
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage inquiries via phone/email.
Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Process payments and assist with billing inquiries.
Keep front desk and waiting area organized and presentable.
Support providers with patient intake and pre-visit preparation.
Assist with clinic supplies and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with patient privacy and regulatory standards.
Contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and patient outreach.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Certification in aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field (preferred).
Hands-on experience with aesthetic treatments and/or lasers.
Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols.
Proven ability to recommend treatments and retail products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong time management.
Tech-savvy and familiar with social media platforms.
Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
