About Us:

Kaizen Health Group is a growing massage therapy clinic in Mississauga, now which extended into medical aesthetics in 2023. We're looking for motivated individuals to help us enhance our brand in this exciting industry.

Position:

Medical Aesthetician/Receptionist (Massage & Admin Experience Required)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assess client needs and recommend Dermalogica treatments and products Perform aesthetic facial procedures with care and precision Provide massage therapy services as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, following high sanitation standards Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction Educate clients on skincare routines and product use Manage administrative duties including scheduling and reception tasks

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a mixed role involving aesthetics (facial services), massage therapy, and administrative/reception duties Laser and massage therapy experience required Admin/reception experience required (scheduling, client check-ins, etc.) Dermalogica Expert Status (preferred; free courses provided if not certified) Must have a diploma/certificate in aesthetics or a similar field Strong communication skills for client interactions Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at any Mississauga location SharpLight and Dermalogica experience is an asset

Hours:

Evenings & weekends (specific hours to be determined)
