Aurora Plastic Surgery, led by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Bimpe Ayeni, is a respected and established surgical clinic with a reputation for excellence in both surgical and non-surgical care. As we expand into a new private surgical facility, we are excited to launch a brand-new

Medical Aesthetics division

to offer injectable and skin care treatments through our nurse injector and medical aesthetician.

We are looking for a

dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

to support this new aesthetics department. This position is ideal for someone with a

blend of marketing, digital content creation, and administrative skills

, who is excited to help grow a brand from the ground up--within the structure of a trusted medical practice.

Position Overview:



As the

Medical Aesthetics Marketing & Admin Coordinator

, you will lead the execution of multi-channel marketing strategies, while also managing front-desk and operational tasks for the aesthetics team. You'll work directly with patients and staff to drive engagement, promote our services, and ensure a seamless patient experience from inquiry to follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Content Creation



Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (social media, email, print) Manage and grow our online presence (Instagram, Facebook, Google) Create engaging content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Write copy for blogs, newsletters, captions, and flyers Run digital marketing campaigns via Google Ads and Meta Ads Track marketing performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools Coordinate promotions, events, and aesthetic service launches Maintain branding and voice consistency across all channels

Administrative & Patient Coordination



Greet and assist aesthetics patients in a professional and welcoming manner Book appointments, manage schedules, process payments using Jane App (or similar) Respond to phone, email, and social media inquiries about aesthetic services Call patients for follow-ups, reminders, and promotional offers Maintain accurate records, inventory, and department organization Support the nurse injector and aesthetician with day-to-day operations

Ideal Candidate Profile:



Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a

healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics

environment Solid understanding of

SEO

,

social media marketing

, and

email campaigns

Creative eye and strong copywriting skills for content creation Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Ads and social platforms Strong organizational and multitasking skills Warm, professional, and patient-focused demeanor Comfortable with front-desk or admin duties in a medical setting Experience with Jane App or other EMR software is a strong asset

Requirements:



1-2 years in a marketing role (preferably digital or B2B) Familiarity with multichannel marketing and automation tools Excellent communication and writing skills Ability to work on-site in Aurora Strong research and analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics Experience handling budgets or marketing spend is an asset

Position Details:



Full-Time

: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Part-Time Option

: Tuesday-Thursday only (fixed days)

Location

: On-site, Aurora, Ontario (L4G 3X8)

Compensation

: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Pay Schedule

: Bi-weekly via direct deposit
