About RoverKing:

At RoverKing, we specialize in truck campers, caravans, and off-road adventures. We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing & Sales Coordinator to take our marketing strategy to the next level and support our expanding sales efforts across North America.

This full-time role is perfect for a candidate with a strong foundation in marketing and sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to lead and manage both strategy and execution.

Position Details:

Title: Marketing & Sales Coordinator (Full-Time) Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Open to candidates residing in Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

Implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals; Manage internal and external marketing teams, including content creators, designers, and agencies; Generate and nurture leads through digital campaigns and events; Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff from marketing to sales; Provide creative input for promotional materials, social media content, and email marketing; Support sales operations, CRM management, and client follow-ups Represent RoverKing at trade shows and industry events when required;

What We're Looking For:

Degree or diploma in marketing, business, sales, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development; Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Passion for trucks, automotive, campers, off-roading, camping and the outdoor lifestyle is a major asset; Valid work authorization in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit); Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus;
