Job Level NV-07

As a human resources advisor, you help the organization meet its objectives by offering managers and employees integrated advisory services in all HR areas, including organizational design, talent management and acquisition, training and competency development, health management, total compensation, and workplace relations.

You advise and assist clients and partners, support the more experienced professionals in your unit, and actively help institute tools for your line of work.

You help develop recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organizationaEUR(TM)s objectives and priorities. You conduct research and preliminary analysis and develop initial outlines of tools and processes. You help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

General Information on the Position

Main Responsibilities

Advise managers to help them identify and implement solutions and practices to address HR management issues

Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes

Help develop and implement objectives, solutions and action plans

Analyze data, assist with studies, help develop recommendations and prepare reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
