Your primary mandate will be to provide administrative support to the HR processes for the Corporate Functions group, including the Head Office team, the Information Technology group, and the Transactional Services team. You will also play an advisory role to first level managers and participate in improvement projects related to our practices and processes.
Specifically, your day-to-day work will include the following:

  • Route actual changes to employee records to payroll and ensure the integrity of data on file.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Consultants in our recruitment processes and conduct the onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Manage disability and temporary absence files.
  • Conduct exit interviews and monthly monitoring of turnover rates.
  • Provide leadership in health and safety and wellness in the workplace and implement various promotion and prevention campaigns.
  • Provide consulting services to first level managers and support them in their talent development initiatives, needs analysis and team mobilization.
  • Support various annual programs, including recognition of years of service, performance evaluation, group insurance renewal, annual salary review process, etc.
Place of work: 1, Place Ville-Marie, Montreal. Possibility of working remotely (hybrid mode - on site 1 day per week). Deplacements au besoin a nos bureaux du 5800 rue St-Denis et du 1500 boulevard Jules Poitras.

Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (experience in a corporate environment is an asset)
  • Bilingual: French and English
