Job Description


What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

Support the management of consumer facing experiential programs from strategy and concept to planning and execution

Work in collaboration with the brand communications team, cross-functional teams and other internal clients to bring brand experiences to life and support business objectives

Liaise between external partners and internal business units

Apply critical thinking and strategic insights to drive impactful plans and remarkable campaigns

Create and adhere to key event materials including SOWs, workback schedules, budgets and plans

Ensure budgets are maintained and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies

Demonstrate leadership by supporting in the coaching and mentoring of junior members of the Event Experience Team

Create and analyze post event reports and budgets, including highlighting program effectiveness and future areas of opportunities

What you bring

5+ years of relevant work experience in experiential, event management, communications, advertising, or marketing

Experience orchestrating and executing large scale consumer experiential campaigns

Post-secondary education preferably in marketing, business, communications or event management

Strong project management skills with proven ability to strategically manage competing projects/ programs at a fast pace while prioritizing accordingly

Deep knowledge of current industry trends and culture in experiential event marketing

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others

High level of organizational commitment and attention to detail

Creative problem solver with the ability to adapt and act quickly on your feet

Expertise in PPT, SharePoint and Excel

Ability to travel upwards of 20% and must be willing to work evenings and weekend
