About the role: Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to shake up the advertising space while leading a team of advertising and marketing professionals. We\xe2\x80\x99ll lean on you to manage advertising projects and decide on the most appropriate marketing strategies for campaigns. Day to day, you\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate with vendors, clients, colleagues, and employers. You will create and implement various forms of advertising media and promotional campaigns. *

  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns for a variety of products and services.
  • Create marketing strategies and tactics that are designed to reach target audiences and drive sales.
  • Plan, design, and execute online and offline advertising efforts, including digital advertising, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure that campaigns are aligned with business goals and effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with media partners, vendors, and advertising agencies.
  • Manage advertising budgets and evaluate the success of campaigns using analytics and metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and produce creative assets, such as brochures, videos, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to team members and ensure that all team members are up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Ensure that all advertising efforts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform advertising and marketing decisions.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google AdWords and Amazon Ads, and experience creating and executing successful digital advertising campaigns.
