Chartwell is looking for a Digital Advertising Manager (Paid Social Media) who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of digital campaigns in support of lead generation for business and recruitment marketing strategies. This may include pay-per-click, display and social advertising strategies. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth understanding of online marketing with a strong background in a variety of platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn etc. This role requires the ability to independently manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms including keyword management, creation of campaigns, bidding strategies, creative testing, and analytics.

Key Activities

  • Enjoy and have experience creating targeted digital social campaigns and seeing how those campaigns enfold than going back to continually optimize for improved results.
  • Love working with data - scrutinize the results and trends from your digital campaigns and apply those learnings to the next campaign.
  • Provide expertise in content development and online engagement tactics Ensure that all social content is accurate, compelling, on-brand, and posted according to social calendars.
  • Develop the strategy and roadmap to expand Chartwell\xe2\x80\x99s paid social presence whether it is through new or existing channels and targeted media campaigns.
  • Lead campaign architecture and setup
  • Analyze PPC campaign results and adjust advertising tactics to improve/develop campaigns using campaign data to evaluate testing and performance
  • Manage the day-to-day paid social media marketing activities across multiple platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.
  • Proactively identifying new opportunities through betas or known best practices to continuously improve paid media campaign performance.
  • Continually research and test the latest paid marketing practices and, keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing
  • Identify and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time and to the highest possible standard.

Qualifications

Experience:
  • A combination of following certifications preferred: Google Adwords Certification, Google Analytics Certification, Yahoo Ambassador, etc.
  • 4-7 years of paid social media campaign management experience
  • Facebook, LinkedIn Advertising experience
  • Good understanding of conversion rates, CPCs, CPMs, and CPAs
  • Strong knowledge of retargeting strategies and bidding strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fundamental knowledge and experience with web analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well individually and/or in a team.
  • Demonstrated experience executing on paid social media campaigns, ran brand campaigns and performance marketing with an agency or client-side marketer.
Education:
  • Post-secondary education: Marketing Degree preferred
Skills & Abilities:
  • Mastery of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience working on cross-functional digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for areas of optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of quality
  • Agency experience is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts/tasks simultaneously.
  • Bilingual is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required.
  • Project management and strong organizational abilities essential
  • Desire to work in a truly collaborative and fast-paced team environment with constant communication, while being self-motivated and willing to execute and perform with minimal supervision.
