Role impact:

The Senior Manager, Digital Advertising Network is accountable for the growth & development of the multi-year in-property digital media network, from building the strategies and business case, to seeking approval and formulating objectives and KPIs. In partnership with the business, the role will, ensure overall integration with internal stakeholders, partners and vendors.

What you will deliver:

  • In partnership with Sr. Director, Business Growth & Partnerships with Marketing digital and innovation, accountable for:
  • digital advertising and sponsorship revenue
  • overall content strategy for our digital network
  • P&L and overall rate of return for Digital Network
  • Work with advertising partners to evolve CF\xe2\x80\x99s business capabilities by maintaining industry expertise in advertising technology and trends.
  • Liaise with marketing and leasing to deliver new and innovative digital media opportunities for our partner brands
  • Partner with media seller to create compelling upsell packages for retail partners.
  • Build and seek approval on the multi-year in-property digital screen network plan, including performance goals, KPIs and team objectives.
  • Build and seek approval for capital businesses cases in conjunction with operations, finance and properties as required
  • Integrate tightly with internal partners to ensure the optimization and expansion of digital network performance, and understanding of business needs and interdependencies
  • Partner with:
  • National Operations project management to define roles and responsibilities and ensure that internal processes are leveraged. National Operations Project Management to ensure defined RACI and process are leveraged
  • Architecture and Design on approved look, feel, and placement of digital signage
  • Marketing media team to optimize overall content strategy for our digital network
  • Marketing experience team to ensure that strategies are built for business needs and can be measured through the network (every day and event digital experiences)
  • Responsible for managing capital expenditure ($30M+) of digital screen projects across the CF network
  • Work with our agency and vendor network to manage and deliver digital screen projects across CF portfolio in conjunction with project management
  • Responsible for leading and educating internal stakeholders on industry best practices in order to gain internal support for future growth
  • Measure the impact and ROI of digital network on an ongoing basis
  • Mentor and lead Partnerships Specialist on overall digital media business partner relationship and growth

What you need to succeed:
  • Degree in Business, Technology or other related fields. MBA considered an asset
  • 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in digital advertising and/or content marketing field
  • 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with digital display projects
  • 5% Travel, Domestic
