ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a great opportunity for someone that has a passion sustainability and the fashion industry and wants to make a difference. As the Advertising Manager, youll play a key role in increasing brand awareness and promoting what they stand for, across various digital platforms.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to the CEO, youll be responsible for managing all digital advertising platforms, from creating the concept to tracking performance. This is a 100% in-office position, based in downtown Vancouver.

• Collaborate with external vendors (photographers and videographers), using their content and assets to create campaigns
• Run ad campaigns on Google, Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Optimize reach and increase web traffic
• Increase conversion rates and drive sales through various campaigns
• Provide reports on ad success to the CEO and Board of Directors

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, working with digital advertising and paid campaigns
• Working knowledge of paid ads for the following platforms: Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Experience handling ad spends upwards of $30k a month
• Experience with e-commerce and online retail advertising is an asset

COMPENSATION

• $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience
• Paid vacation
• Extended health benefits
