Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and yearly advertising plans and strategies, and make schedule plans for advertising activities and promotion events; Manage advertising campaigns through various platforms and channels, including website and social media; Lead sales and advertising team to collect and research information and trends, understand and analyze data and result to promotechess; Manage sales performance on monthly basis and prepare sales report; Collect, analyze and consolidate advertising trend and sales data, and adjust sales and advertising strategy; Initiate and develop advertising plans to explore the new platforms and increase the volume of audience; Develop and execute advertising strategies, tactics and plans for the business to increase audience and market share; Provide training, guidance, support, feedback, development, and performance management to the advertising team

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum college diploma is required Minimum 5 years' experience in advertising at managerial level Expert of different advertising platforms or systems; Specialization in consumer-based brand-building, advertising campaigns management & advertising research analytics Excellent strategic planning, financial management- and team management skills The ability to multitask and excellent time management skills Proven success in building advertising team from the ground Highly motivated, results-oriented and passionate about performance-based content development. Great interpersonal and communication skills
As an Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of our marketing initiatives and overall events administration to brand recognition and sales. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, self-starter, courteous person with advertising management background who has had success in the research and distribution of value products in a competitive market to vendors, retail stores and online market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $56.00-$57.00 per hour
