What will your typical day look like?

As a Sr. Manager on the Advanced Analytics team, you will be responsible for delivery of services and capabilities across a global customer and stakeholder base. We are looking for a blend of highly technical skills, people management and leadership skills, and experience in leading a team of data scientist in delivering high
impact data insights using AI and ML solutions. We are developing innovative solutions that leverage the latest technologies in data analytics and the cloud, need a delivery leader with a vision to deliver our next generation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery of solutions within the Data and Analytics organization, reporting directly to the leader of the organization. Manage several direct reports with varying responsibilities that include customer engagement,
• D&A product delivery, D&A architecture, and other duties as assigned. Communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to the delivery teams and communicate project status.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to identify high-impact applications of data to solve meaningful business problems, driving collaboration with business stakeholders and data scientists to identify and highlight insights to drive decision making through advanced visualizations
• Provide thought leadership on the best approaches for integration of AI and ML capabilities and tools to visualize data
• Ensure delivery of the software according to the product and technology roadmap(s) by creating an environment of shared consciousness among the team(s) for empowered execution, while working with the product owners to manage budgets and resources.
• Guide and lead the development teams on implementation and improving the platform and solutions.
• Leverage industry knowledge and stay close to technology developments in the open-source and cloud communities.
• Identifying and recommending new technology solutions and ensure delivery teams align with scrum methodology.
• Delivering and supporting highly available and performant systems with quality.
• Leveraging industry knowledge and staying close to technology developments in the open-source and cloud communities.
• Practicing Agile, SAFe and Scrum development methodologies.
• Conducting technical deep dives into platforms, infrastructure, databases, and applications as needed, yet cognitively agile enough to have strategy discussions with leadership

You are someone with:

• Bachelor's Degree in the fields related to Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology including hand son software design and development experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions across data and analytics strategy and products including cloud based data infrastructure, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, APIs, and front-end technologies.
• Experience leading people and creating dynamic, high performing organizations and culture.
• Experience in leading delivery teams and ownership of end-to-end delivery of releases.
• Delivering software solutions using Microsoft .Net framework, PowerBI, SQL Server
• Experience with many of the following from Microsoft Azure: API/Web Apps, Web Jobs, Azure Functions,
• Data Lake, Azure SQL, Power BI, KeyVault, Azure AD, AppInsights
• Relational databases like SQL Server
• MongoDB, Cosmos DB or similar NoSql database technologies
• Angular and/or ReactJS, NodeJS Education
