  • As the Content Services leader, you'll provide critical leadership, strategic oversight and guidance for the Content Publishing and Quality Programs. This can include:
  • Providing leadership guidance to the 100 member team to continually maintain and grow the health, depth and quality of the knowledge platform, and to deliver services effectively
  • Guiding the evolution of program services to increase value delivered to customers;
  • Developing and driving strategic approaches to content service prioritization and delivery
  • Articulating the business impact delivered by the program
  • Process automation and improvement
  • Lead engagement with stakeholders to prioritize content services
