What will your typical day look like?

Drive Strategic and Operational Excellence for the organization:

  • Ensure Enterprise Strategy & Operations (ESS&O) organization is strategically optimized in terms of people, processes, and budget
  • Work with Service Line leaders to manage the ES&O Fiscal Year agenda (strategic and operational objectives)
  • Oversee all matters pertaining to the support and needs of the DT COO
  • Drive alignment and cohesion across the ES&O organization
  • Serve as a business operations adviser to ES&O Service Line Leaders and their respective teams
  • Assess inquiries directed to ES&O Service Area or Service Line deliverables, determines the proper course of action and delegates to the appropriate individual to manage
  • Ensure all operational issues are addressed properly, efficiently, and judiciously, and keeps track of progress until resolved
  • Manage internal and external commitments of respective DT COO and ES&O Service Lines
  • Work with leaders across ES&O, DT and stakeholder leadership teams to ensure effective staff participation on projects and other key initiatives
  • Manage the flow of information and communication between teams within Service Lines
  • Lead the coordination of presentation materials for upcoming events for respective DT COO and ES&O Service Line Leaders
  • Manage leadership meetings and other meetings on behalf of the DT COO (e.g., ES&O Town Halls and Member Firm Hub Visits)
Perform Culture Enablement for all of Deloitte Technology:
  • Manage the team to drive and own the Deloitte Technology Digital Workspace; an integrated, personalized digital workspace experience optimized for virtual and hybrid work models
  • Execute the Deloitte Technology Experience strategy, and defined content publishing strategy and tooling approach
  • Deploy a comprehensive listening strategy for Deloitte Technology and drive adoption to the digital workspace across Deloitte Technology Service Areas
  • Develop the long-term approach for the Digital Workspace to become the single site for Deloitte Technology and associated DT Member Firms
  • Enact the Deloitte Technology People Councils identified and designed to enable our People First priorities, including the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, Learning & Development Council, Well-being Council, and Community & World Impact Council.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone with:
  • 7+ years of relevant IT experience required; strong Business Analysis, Program or Project Management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • Mastery of PowerPoint and building executive presentations
  • Solid managerial and interpersonal skills interacting with senior management
  • Ability to think globally, strategically and creatively
  • Experience managing complex programs and/or products
  • Proven ability for leading and delivering internal projects
  • Expert problem solver. Leverages knowledge gained through prior experience, education, training to resolve issues and remove project barriers
  • Extensive experience advising and coaching top executives on strategic, organizational, and communications matters
  • Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients (internal and external)
